These terms govern purchases from Multisany Premium Fragrance, 3368 Robert Trent Jones Dr, Unit 207, Orlando, FL 32835, United States.

Who we sell to

This store sells to businesses — hotels, management companies, spas and their purchasing agents. It is not a consumer store. By ordering you confirm that you are buying for a business and that you are authorised to bind that business.

Product and intended use

Multisany products are ambient room sprays — odour neutralisers that refresh the air in a space. They are intended for application to air return vents, textiles and soft furnishings in commercial premises, applied by trained staff following the Safety Data Sheet.

They are not disinfectants, sanitisers or antimicrobial products, they are not personal fragrance, and they are not intended for application to skin. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that these products protect health, kill micro-organisms or replace cleaning.

Pricing

Prices are published on the product page in US dollars and include the volume discount for the quantity selected. Five to nine cases save 5 percent, ten to nineteen save 7 percent, twenty or more save 10 percent. There is no discount code and no negotiated rate.

Prices may change without notice. The price in force is the price displayed when your order is placed.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we despatch, not when you click. We may decline an order — for stock, for a suspected error in pricing, or where a quantity requires a production run we have not scheduled — and if we do, nothing is charged.

Quantities between tiers are invoiced through a draft order. Draft orders are due on the terms stated on the invoice.

Taxes

Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. If your property holds a valid exemption certificate, send it to sales@multisany.com before ordering so we can apply it.

Compliance documentation

Every fragrance ships with an IFRA compliance certificate issued under the IFRA Standards, and a 16-section GHS Safety Data Sheet. IFRA compliance attaches to a specific formulation and lot; if a product is reformulated, a new certificate is issued and the previous one no longer applies. Check that the lot number on the certificate you file corresponds to stock you hold, and ask us if it does not.

The documentation states what it states. It is not an ingredient disclosure, it is not a government approval, and it does not certify performance.

Safety

These products carry a GHS classification and the signal word WARNING. The Safety Data Sheet governs handling, storage, personal protective equipment and first aid, and it is the buyer's responsibility to make it available to staff who handle the product.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, loss of custom or the cost of guest compensation.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
