Processing

Orders are picked and packed in Orlando, Florida. Standard processing is 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US federal holiday begin processing the next business day.

Transit

Two options are offered at checkout on every order. Standard is ground service, typically 3 to 8 business days from despatch depending on distance. Express is 2 to 3 business days. Transit time is not guaranteed and is separate from the processing window above.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the weight of the order. The continental United States is divided into three zones by distance from Orlando, and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, other US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are all served at the published zone rate. Nothing needs to be quoted by hand.

Free shipping applies to orders of $400 or more, in every zone, on every fragrance and on both fixation lines. Every volume tier clears that threshold, so no freight line appears on a tier order. Below $400, the exact figure for your address appears at checkout before you pay.

Standard shipping on a single 32 oz bottle starts at $6.90, and on a case of six at $9.90. A quote is never required.

Regulated product

Multisany room sprays carry a GHS hazard classification and the signal word WARNING. The transport classification in force is the one stated in the current Safety Data Sheet, which governs how each shipment is packed, marked and documented. In practice this means:

• Shipments are packed, marked and documented to the applicable transport rules, and the carrier is told what it is carrying.
• A Safety Data Sheet accompanies every shipment and is also available before you order, on our Compliance & Documentation page.
• We do not ship internationally from this store. For export enquiries write to sales@multisany.com.

Where we deliver

Commercial and residential addresses in all fifty US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, other US territories and APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery to a loading dock or receiving department is standard. If your property has a receiving window, a dock height requirement, or needs an appointment, tell us in the order notes — a redelivery fee is avoidable and we would rather avoid it.

Title and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. We file transit damage claims on your behalf when damage is reported within the window set out in our Refund Policy.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed at despatch. If it has not arrived within one business day of your processing window closing, write to sales@multisany.com and we will chase it.
