IFRA compliance certificate
Issued under the IFRA Standards. Each certificate identifies the specific formulation and batch it applies to, confirms that no prohibited fragrance ingredient is present, and states the permitted usage level for each product category.
IFRA compliance attaches to a formulation, not to a brand. If a product is reformulated the certificate is void and a new one is issued, so the lot number on the certificate should correspond to the stock you actually hold. Ask us and we will match them.
Safety Data Sheet
A full 16-section GHS Safety Data Sheet accompanies every SKU, covering hazard identification, handling and storage, first aid, firefighting measures, transport classification and disposal. Your housekeeping and receiving teams need this on file; your compliance folder needs it alongside the IFRA certificate, not instead of it.

Regulatory frameworks referenced
Our documentation is prepared against GHS and HazCom 2012, REACH, TSCA, CARB, EPA Method 24 for VOC content, and EU Regulation 2023/1545. Formulations are free of diethyl phthalate and other restricted phthalate plasticizers, and contain no substances listed under California Proposition 65 at levels requiring a consumer warning.
What we do not publish
Fragrance compositions are trade secrets and are not disclosed. That is standard across the industry, and it is precisely what IFRA certification exists to work around: it demonstrates safety without revealing the formula. If you need allergen information for labelling in a specific market, that is a separate document and we will prepare it on request.
Manufacturing
Everything is produced in Orlando, Florida, to a batch specification you can reorder against and cite in an RFP. Producing here rather than importing is what lets us hold consistency between deliveries — which matters more than it sounds, because a fragrance that drifts is a fragrance your guests notice.
