Pricing is published, not negotiated. Box discounts are already built into the price you see on the product page — there is no code to enter and no rep to call for a number.
How it is priced
Product ships in 32oz bottles, by the box of six bottles. A single bottle is $19.90 in the Ultra line and $15.90 in Power. The Signature fragrances, Astoria Luxe and Marquis Luxe, are $25.90 and exist in Ultra only.
by the box, that is $115.00 for Ultra and $91.50 for Power, or $147.60 for the Signature line.
Volume tiers
Five to nine boxes save 5 percent. Ten to nineteen save 7 percent. Twenty or more save 10 percent. Shipping is free on orders of $400 or more, anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are quoted individually. Each tier is a purchasable option on the product page, so the discount applies at checkout without any further step.
Quantities between the tiers
If you need seven boxes, or eleven, or a split across several properties, email us the count and we will issue an invoice at the right tier. Institutional purchasing rarely lands on round numbers and the site should not force it to.
Reordering
Every fragrance is produced to a batch specification, so a reorder six months from now matches what you have on the shelf. If you keep a standing order across a portfolio, tell us the cycle and we will hold it.
Before you commit
Ask for a sample kit first. Tell us which zones you are scenting — lobby, corridors, guest rooms, spa, dining — and we will send the fragrances that actually apply rather than all twenty-two, along with a recommendation on which fixation line fits each space.
